Duties - Conduct inbound/outbound calls to existing and potential customers - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions Qualifications - Strong verbal communication skills with excellent phone etiquette - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers - Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and recommend solutions Job Type:
