Production Control Administrator

Work with Production Management, Production Supervisors, Production Scheduler, and other departments to ensure information and reports related to production jobs are current and accurate.
This position compiles, records, and reports on data to ensure production flows according to the production schedule, with the goal of completing the job on time and within budgeted hours.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITH MINIMAL ASSISTANCE:
Set up new employees in Victory Energy Operations (VEO) production database.
Review clocking of employees to jobs to ensure accuracy.
Request budget variances for production labor when required.
Edit VEO database adding new jobs, editing current jobs, and closing completed jobs.
Track and report on current headcount, daily absences, and planned time off for direct employees.
Run bi-weekly production hour report and import into the VEO payroll system.
Run production reports for accounting job costs.
Track and report hours of subcontract and temporary employees.
OTHER JOB DUTIES Assist and support Scheduling, Manufacturing and other Departments as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB
Qualifications:
1.
High School education.
2.
Previous clerical experience preferred.
(Manufacturing environment preferred).
3.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
4.
Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
5.
Computer proficiency a must.
Demonstrated use and experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
(Exposure to Paycom, RiteTIME, NetSuite or Teams a plus).
6.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
7.
Positive attitude.
