Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations - Serve as a personal assistant to executives as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with visitors, staff, and management Job Type:
